The whole staff is professional and have fun if you purchase or not. They let you walk around the shop but are there to answer any questions you have any. Straight up no sale pitch, no hindering info. Then you travel to Reggie's department. Oh boy, does this guy know his stuff and his coworkers are top notch! Service, Sales, and Parts department 5 Star rating in my book!

I have been camping for 25 years and the experience that my wife and I had at Terrell Camping Center is by far the best experience we have ever had! It was not just Jr. the sales person, but it was every single person that we encountered during our visits! We drove past many other dealerships on our 75 mile journey to Terrell Camping Center, and we will drive past them again for all of our camping needs! It is truly a FAMILY business and that is how they treat YOU! Thanks for putting the fun back into our camper buying experience! We will recommend to all of our camping friends and family! Can’t say enough about these guys!

We had the best buying experience at Terrell Camping! We had looked at many different dealerships before coming to Terrell and we are so glad we made our purchase with your dealership! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Our salesman Randy made the buying process easy. We would highly recommend Terrell if anyone is in the market for a new camper!

I have purchased 3 campers from Terrell over the years. I have been completely satisfied with each purchase and of the service/care after the purchase. I have primarily dealt with Randy in the sales dept and Brian in the parts dept. They are each a wealth of knowledge and assistance. Couple of examples ; Once my hitch got stuck on the trailer, really stuck (not just difficult). I was out of town and just pulled into the camp site. I called Terrell for assistance. Randy and one of the service guys stayed on the phone with me until we got it broke loose. Brian goes the extra mile to assist with service and parts. A few years back my water heated froze and split during the winter (my fault). Of course I was out of town, not near a service outlet. I called Brian and he ordered a new HWH and had it shipped overnight to the campground. Out of hot water only 2 days. I had a problem with the electric tongue jack on my current camper. Brian and the service dept got me a new jack. I picked it up and put it on the next trip. No more problem. Canopy for the slide out, no problem. Brian ordered one. It was correct and went on with little difficulty. I was talking to a couple campers I go to church with. They normally deal with the "big box", national companies. One said he recently bought a new camper and on the first trip the refrigerator came loose during travel and crushed the dinette table and he's getting a hard time from the company. Another took his camper in for problems with the rear A/C. The company worked on the wrong A/C unit, reported it repaired. He did check the rear A/C before leaving and notified them that they did not repair the unit. They did not have parts to fix it. Anyway, I'm thinking that "you guys are dealing with the wrong outfit". Thank for all your friendship and support.
